top ten favorite rides

For this list, I will be talking about my top 10 personal rides at Walt Disney World and explaining why I love each of these rides so much. Just so I’m clear, I am excluding any attraction that does not move (such as Tiki Room or Country Bear Jamboree) because these will be saved for another list. After being in Disney for five months, I got to experience most of the rides in all four parks and have some great memories from each of them, but first I will have some honorable mentions. Tower of Terror Okay, I know this should be in my top ten list, but it’s not because I actually hate this ride. But this ride is so amazing! The first time I rode this I was with my roommates Melissa and Talia and I hated both of them because ToT was my biggest fear, but I’m so glad they made me ride it because the queue line is so immersive and the ride is so scary but I always ended up having the best time on it. Peter Pan This one should ALSO be on my top ten list but I struggled placing it...

the custodian princess diaries p.2

That first day by myself was really weird. I didn’t really know what to do. I had my pan and broom with me. I remember the first guests I helped out with. As I was walking up to Gorilla Falls, or Pangani, as all of the cast members would call it, I was stopped by this older couple heading towards the main part of Africa. “Where is the train??” They asked me. I stopped and said, “Hmm. I actually don’t know…” I pulled out a park map, and wondered what the heck they were talking about. I said to them, “You know what, why don’t you folks follow me and we’ll find it together?” They had told us in Custodial core that we could do this, so I thought why not? And there it was, two feet away from where we were standing. Rafikis Planet Watch train station. “I believe this is what you all are looking for?” “Oh yes! Thank you so much!” They said, and they smiled and went on their way. I walked away feeling accomplished and happy that I was able to help someone, even in the smallest way possible....

DCP Bucket List-Alumni Spring 2017

Before I did my DCP, I made a bucket list (like most do) and I wanted to see how much I completed from it. I will be highlighting the ones I have done and talk about it. 1.      Ride Every Ride!  (Really wanted this to happen. I was like two rides away from accomplishing this) 2.      See Every show! I am pretty sure I did this. If I didn’t see the whole thing, I think I at least saw ten minutes of every show. The only things I didn’t see were the circleramas in Epcot, but I’m not going to count those. 3.      Ride all three mountains in a row. YASSSSS!!!! Best night EVER. 4.      Meet every character. (This might have been my most unrealistic goal on this list considering a lot of the characters don't meet all the time) 5.      Take roommate photo in front of all icons. (lol not even close) 6.      Go on backstage tours. 7.    ...
